If you are planning a conference, symposium, or special campus event with more than 10 expected attendees, parking must be coordinated through Event Parking.

Event Parking can support your event with services such as:

• Online parking registration
• Wayfinding signage to parking lots
• Reserved spaces for VIPs
• Extended kiosk hours (kiosks are typically closed on weekends and holidays)
• Lot ambassadors

Submit an Event Parking Services Request and a member of the Event Parking team will contact you within 5 business days.

As part of our review process, Event Parking will evaluate your request for eligibility in applicable programs, such as complimentary general parking under the Community Parking Program.
